“Olive Tree Valley” Neighborhood in Usfia. The purpose of the plan was to legalize existing buildings and to create potential for future building. Phase I of the plan, already approved, measuring 1,200 dunam. Phase II measuring 650 dunam currently being planned. Projects commissioned by the Ministry of Construction and the municipality of Usfia.
