Oz Ramat Gan

Oz Ramat Gan

The project is located in the Tel Binyamin neighborhood, in Jabotinsky Street and close to the stock exchange complex, which is a metropolitan main business center.

The area of the plan is privately owned land, on which the Oz Ramat Gan gas station is built. The plan encourages a process of urban renewal and proposes to evacuate the gas station buildings and, in their place, to develop a design for a plan in a way consistent with planning policy:

  1. Urban renewal and evacuation of the existing gas station.
  2. A mix of commercial and employment uses, including a 35-story employment building with a commercial façade along Jabotinsky Street and McDonald Street.
  3. Strengthening the urban street by creating a quality and an inviting public space, a continuous and active urban façade, a wide and convenient continuous accessibility with an emphasis on pedestrians and cyclists.
  4. Improving the traffic system at the interface with Jabotinsky Street.
  5. Planning from a public perspective – allocation of built-up areas for public use.
